1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "2bdt" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at https://2bdt.io, including all sub-pages, services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Platform" means the 2bdt website, mobile-optimised site, any future mobile application, and all associated software and services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on the Platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any ring-fenced bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, deposit match awards, or other incentive funds credited to your Account subject to specific wagering or use conditions.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 2bdt prior to processing any withdrawal from a player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all date and time references in these Terms and Conditions.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2bdt.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotion-specific terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

2bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. 2bdt enforces a strict minimum age policy. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2bdt makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your location.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 KYC Verification

2bdt requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of payment method ownership. 2bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTP) with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be considered to have been carried out by you. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify 2bdt immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Suspension

2bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, multiple account abuse, or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of fraud or deliberate misrepresentation, all funds may be forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 2bdt does not accept deposits in foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 2bdt reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large deposit transactions in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for bKash and Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 2bdt's compliance team determines otherwise following identity verification. 2bdt will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

5.5 Transaction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your deposit and withdrawal details are accurate. 2bdt accepts no liability for delays or failures caused by incorrect account numbers, mobile wallet numbers, or bank details provided by the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 2bdt Platform are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms stated within the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the stated validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

2bdt reserves the right to void any bonus and suspend any Account where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and using bonuses in conjunction with prohibited betting strategies.

6.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions are subject to validity periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free bet credits that remain at the expiry of a promotion's validity period will be automatically removed from the player's Account balance without notice.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by 2bdt. 2bdt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started, bets placed using erroneous odds, and bets that exceed stated stake limits.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and event. The applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placing a bet. 2bdt reserves the right to change stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Palpable Errors

In the event of a palpable error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, erroneous game results, or technical malfunction — 2bdt reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's Account balance. 2bdt's decision in respect of palpable errors is final.

7.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets shall be considered void and stakes will be returned to the player's Account. 2bdt accepts no liability for any loss of winnings, bonus funds, or other player benefit arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

7.5 Disconnections

2bdt is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by the player's internet connection, device failure, or power outage. Where a disconnection occurs during an active bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection, which is final and binding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2bdt Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently excluded from the Platform with all balances forfeited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of event manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other game format.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or guaranteed-profit strategies that exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction after the funds have been used for betting or gaming purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming

2bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings panel at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds. Once reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a gaming session has exceeded a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding you of the time elapsed and total net position during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2bdt Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 2bdt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 2bdt.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 2bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2bdt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2bdt makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the Platform.

In any event, 2bdt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

2bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2bdt uses industry-standard TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and are never accessible in plaintext by 2bdt staff. KYC documents are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised compliance personnel.

13 Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 2bdt support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

13.2 Closure by 2bdt

2bdt reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multiple account abuse, 2bdt reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account balance.

14 Amendments to Terms

2bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at https://2bdt.io/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If any amendment materially affects your rights as a player, 2bdt will use reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your Account prior to the amendment taking effect. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or your use of the 2bdt Platform, shall first be submitted to 2bdt's customer support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for this purpose.
